The essence of Human Resource Management is complex and sometimes even controversial. The noticed difference between corporately declared goals and practised policy is alarming and leads to the conclusion that there is a significant trade-off, which organisations are either prepared to take into account or do simply not know. On the other hand, loads of theoretical concepts prove that there is no "one size fits all" approach applicable and the area of investigation may include psychological aspects such as behavioural or cognitive science, traits theory etc. We were able to gain experience in the following areas:
